Re: "Do Not Fail Me" — strange episodes 7.14 & 7.15 at IMDb

I have never heard of this episode before in all the years that I've watched the show. I don't know where IMDB got this information but I can tell you its wrong. I don't understand why they would think that its in anyway part of the series. Here is a link to the Road to Avonlea website through Sulli...

Re: Stuart McRae

I don't see why Felicity even considered Stuart. He had a sob story, and he was obviously madly inlove with Felicity, but he wasn't a gentleman. He never did anything to prove worthiness, and he certainly never seemed to think about anyone other than himself. Gus spent every day in Avonlea working ...

Online birthday video for Megan Follows

I would just like to let everyone know about this project that is going on at the Shedding Megan Follows fansite. You can send Megan a birthday message with a picture or a video. I like this idea so much that I decided to share it with all of you. Here is the link from the site with all of the infor...

Re: Stuart McRae

I never liked Stuart. He didn't fit in with the other characters and Avonlea. In other words, he stood out like a sore thumb. He was a kind gentleman and everything but the man had no personnality. He was the plainest character on the show, even Mrs. Bugle and Mrs. Potts had more personnality than S...

Re: Gema Zamprogna ?

The name of the episode of Murdoch Mysteries that Lally Cadeau guest stared in was called Blood and Circuses (episode 7 season 3). The video is available on Youtube.

Re: Gema Zamprogna ?

I remember seeing Gema in Murdoch Mysteries. The episode that she was in was from season 1 of the show. I'm a fan of Murdoch Mysteries and I've seen the episode in question several times. BTW Lally Cadeau was in season 3 of Murdoch Mysteries, she played a psychic and she was really good too. felicit...

Nomi. Colleen Dewhurst Canada's walk of fame

Did you know that Colleen Dewhurst does NOT have a star on Canada's Walk of Fame? I was completly shocked when I found that out in the article about Colleen on the AOGG site. Anyway I think that we should all nominate Colleen to be inducted in Canada's walk of Fame. I think that we can all agree tha...

Re: Gemini Awards Poll Snubbed Road to Avonlea

Not only did they snubb Road to Avonlea with the list of the best shows but they also failed to mention and honnor the passing of Jackie Burroughs. I don't understand why they didn't do a tribute for all of the canadian actors who died including Jackie Burroughs. It seems to me that they could of ta...

Re: RTA ranked in 10 best Canadian TV Shows of the Past 25 Years

I agree with everyone that Road to Avonlea is not a kids show but a family show. Road to Avonlea should of been number one because its timeless, unlike the other shows that really show their age over time. Thats whats so great about Road to Avonlea. The show is definitly faithful to the timeperiod i...

Re: Anne and fetal alcohol spectrum disorder

I think I agree with the article title: "Leave Anne alone!" People have been arguing for centuries over whether a person's behavior is dependent upon their environment or their genetic make-up. LMM seems to attribute Anne's behavior to her environment rather than her parents, who were alw...

This is so horrible! I feel so bad for Kevin Sullivan. I hope that there wasn't any damage to the RTA or AOGG props.

  HM and Timothy, too funny. Grandma Anne visits Mars as predicted by ancient Mexicans. A 1988 Toronto Star article stated the following: Lantern Hill "probably" will be Sullivan's last Lucy Maud Montgomery adaptation. He is moving on. With the exceptions of Road to Avonle...

Re: an avonlea christmas

First of all I do agree that the return of Felix was the big climax of the movie. I also agree that Felix's return was brief, as true as that statement is, however the scene of his return does not fail to move you. Every time that I watch that scene it never fails to moves me to tears. It is one of ...
