My friend AvonLea hasn't been able to post for awhile and I was hoping that you could look into the problem or contact her with the information that she needs to be able to post again.
Shinnen!! You're back!! I missed you! Sorry, very random. But I just thought something. Maybe Sarah did better at that show because of her mother's death. Maybe she was really sad there. Just a random thought. lol, It was very random of me to just pop back. I was busy, and probably will be o...
I agree with you AvonLea, I think they have their own uniqueness. Maybe it was a popular theme at the time? Kind of like superhero movies are a lot alike, yet have their own story.
I can't say for sure if she was exploited or not, but I think she wasn't. I imagine the series was already planned out and perhaps the episode was already written, because they have to have a vision of where their show is going to go, and they would need to write the stuff out before beginning. Also...
At the time period, it is doubtful that they are. I don't think they are; the same thing was said about Sam and Frodo from 'Lord of The Rings'. I agree with AvonLea; you don't have to worry about it.
I don't think it's the movie that makes people smarter, but the will to discipline oneself to betterness. Any person can watch a movie considered dumb, but it's up to the individual to let it influence himself (or herself :P ). "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent." Is the quote t...
I saw a small video of one of the Avonlea reunions, and Jackie was in it; she's cool.
Sometimes it is hard to pin down what makes a show like this special. It's different from most stuff out there.
I've thought that your a little like Sara or Olivia, AvonLea. I can't see you as Felicity. I think that I'd like to be like Muriel Stacy, if that counts. Otherwise I'd like to be like Olivia too, she's a sweet person.
I tend to pick a favorite of something that has humour in it, so I'm sure I'd like it anyway. I think the plot with the girls switching would be interesting enough for me.
That is wonderful to be content with your age, AvonLea. We can only be teens once.
Thanks, AvonLea. I'm atleast hoping to work part-time at my library, but the positions are all full.
The librarians are really nice here too. I think that's what would make working there nice.
Wasn't the end of Peter's first story funny? It's not funny that the guy died, it's just funny the way Peter wrote it. :) I also thought that moment when Cecily and Beverly were going to the guy's house, to try to get him to put his name on the quilt, was sad because of something Cecily said. I thin...
Welcome! I hope you enjoy it here. I like your username too.
I'm 17, going to be 18. I'll be graduating this year. I've thought about studying to be a librarian too, but I'm still not sure. I started watching the shows sometime around the end of last year.
I've only seen Peter in the first episode and 'Proof of The Pudding', and liked his character from those. From what I've read, I agree with Avonlea and Shelly.
