McCain might be a war hero, but beyond that, he isn't much else but a hypocrite. This U.S. citizen proudly voted for Obama.

I'm sure Captain Jim would be quite proud of me.

Those were fascinating reads! Thanks for sharing guys! Shout-out to Miss Lewis for asking such a great question, too. I'm glad you have kept this site up and running. I still find out facts about the tv series I didn't know because of this site. Also, I quite enjoy seeing what articles and news is p...

A Tangled Web is also a good read. LMM goes all out on being witty and sarcastic and there are some great plot twists.

Emily coming to dvd!

http://www.geocities.com/emily_new_moon/index1.html

(I know it isn't a Sullivan Entertainment product, but I couldn't decide where else to put it.)

Emily of New Moon is the 4 season tv series based loosely from the trilogy by LMM. Season 1 will be this autumns, seasons 2-4 during 09.

Well, I've always had a soft spot for Jasper and Olivia too. However, I think there are several reasons why Felicity and Gus are more impressed on my brain as the show's central couple are: ~their love story acquires an epic quality to it. They are the Odysseus and Penelope of RTA. Even after multip...

poem for June: June! "Wake up," the robins warble, "The summer time" is here. The month of blushing roses, The darling of the year. Wake up, you lazy dreamers! The summer's waiting for you, The days are long and golden; The skies are tender blue. The earth is full of gladness, Of light and song and ...

L.M. M.'s beliefs

I was looking at my LMM bookshelf the other day and I noticed I own a biography on her that I had completely forgotten I owned. It has a very informative chapter on LMM's beliefs, and since her beliefs have come up in other topics--it seemed time to give them her own topic. I'm going to see if I can...

One would think Sullivan would have converted this to dvd already since so many of the cast are from RTA and many people who have watched RTA have seen this.(If I understand the topic correctly, although it is on dvd--it wasn't SE that put it on dvd?) Although if there is anything I have learned fro...

I wonder whatever became of the the mutant beast. (And I know I've read too much X-Men when the first thing that comes to mind when I see the words mutant beast is to think of a fuzzy, blue human.)

I wonder what other writings inspired LMM's own. I saw Cranford on PBS, and the adaptation of Elizabeth Glaskell's book, certainly reminded me of LMM's own books. (Glaskell was a Victorian writer though.)

On the Ingleside Forum, someone started a LMM poem by month and I'm so inspired by the idea and love her poetry so much, that you don't mind Timothy, I think I'd like to use this topic to do something similar (but not restrict myself to poems so a lot of her writing has lovely descriptions of the pa...

Youtube Avonlea fanvids.

There aren't a whole lot of Avonlea fanvids on youtube, but the ones that are there are splendid. Anyway, I thought get a topic started because I love the youtube fanvids and tributes to the films/tv series inspired by all things Avonlea. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8f0ZPiIRFU (A Felicity and Gu...

Wouldn't you know that when I finally replace my VHS tapes with DVD's, they come out with something better. I'm in the same boat as you.
