I love this site

I've been hovering around a few forums, and I finally found one I wanted to join.

Your website is easily navigated, the people seem friendly, and your episode guide is the best.

Welcome to the forum calebsmum. I appreciate the comments. The episode guide is a fun place where I can share my opinions. It continues to expand as new details are learned about the series.

It's amazing how all this study is still continuing, so many years after the show ended.

I'm really hoping they come up with something as catchy! lol

I must admit this is the best site that I've come across so far and one of the best forums too.
Well done

I visited the Avonlea Message Board yesterday and found some of the language, etc. more crude than any I've ever seen here. Many thanks to all of you for keeping this forum so friendly and somewhere to go for good clean enjoyment!

I've made good use of the episode guide too! My sister had one complaint about the DVD box sets--they hadn't any printed episode guide with them. I printed the brief episode summaries in a size that fits in the case and listed them in the correct order (I found that they weren't on the DVDs in the right order). There are so many interesting notes for the episodes and I've enjoyed reading those!

So congratulations on an A+ website!

I TOTALLY see where you are coming from, my Lady. :) The Avonlea message board has several flaws and I found it quite uninviting when I was a member. This one has a smaller number of regular posters which is really nice. You get to know people so much better that way. :) Deffinately A+ A+ A+!!

A small number of regular posters IS a good thing, AvonLea! I feel like I kind of "know" who to expect posts from, even what kind of posts to expect sometimes. For someone who's a bit of a loner, it's like finding some new friends that I might not KNOW exactly, but who share a common interest--Avonlea. To quote dear Aunt Hetty--"To our Avonlea."
