Yeah I suppose if we're going to call Anne 2 an adaption then certainly several episodes of RTA are as much an adaptation of her writings. I'm sure that's true that people define adaptation differently. I was just thinking in the narrowest terms because I know that due to the lawsuit Sullivan wasn't allowed to adapt her writings on screen in the the manner he did with Anne 1.
